6.5 PRC Sauer for antelope for sure

I wouldn't hesitate to use your 6.5 PRC on deer and elk. It has plenty of velocity and those highly aerodynamic bullets will be outstanding on all the game you mentioned.
A lot of people have used the 6.5 Creedmoor on elk. Your 6.5 PRC will be even better in your experienced hands, and marksmanship.
I have to say that is a great choice for all you have stated!

The 6.5 PRC definitely for antelope, the .270 Bee most definitely for deer, and the .300 Bee for elk and bigger critters!
Excellent choice with all of them. They are all well suited for the intended hunting you have in mind.
