Wyoming Fall spawn rainbows

A couple of Wyoming hatcheries produce fall spawning rainbows. These fish really fatten up over the summer! Here is an example from last week...

Beautiful fish. Man, I need to be on the river fishing for trout and grayling!
 
It was the best I've ever gotten in Wyo. 6 lbs. 6 ozs. and 24" long. Football!
 
Gotcha. I've caught plenty of spawning rainbows in the spring time, and spawning browns in the fall, and some cutthroats (but only in the summer!). But I've never caught a spawning rainbow in the fall, unless you count steelhead.

I haven't been fishing in the right places evidently!
