Found one

So i found another left hand Remington compact for the daughter in 7-08. Haven't done anything with it but clean it up. Not sure what to do yet, it hasn't been sent in for the trigger recall, should I even worry about that? I may end up just replacing it anyway. It is

She didn't pull any tags so dont have to rush, she has the 243 for deer and antelope. Maybe I'll shoot thru all the 243 ammo and switch everything over to the 7 08.

I've had to procure a couple of left hand youth rifles and they're not easy to come by. The 7-08 is simply fantastic for a general purpose rifle.

Pretty tough to go wrong with a 7mm-08. Those LH compact's seem like nice guns to me.

Yeah i couldn't pass it up, and price wasn't bad. I might drop in in the B&C stock her 243 is currently in, and see if it is centered any better.

If she already has a 243 why the 7-08?

For elk if she decides she wants to go this year and if she draws a moose goat or sheep tag in the future

While a 243 would work I would prefer a 7mm-08 as well for stuff bigger than deer too. Add goats to that list since they are tough customers.
