Newer Portugal made Winchester Model 70-Stock torque?

All you Model 70 experts, I need your advice, What is the proper stock/action screw torque? It's a featherweight, wood stock with factory bedding. Thanks
 
I think numbers between 25/35 ilbs will be pretty standard.
However here is a quote from " Benchrest" a few years back:

There likely is a recommendation out there but I don't think one size necessarily fits all. Over the years in fooling with a lot of Pre-64 M70s with factory wood stocks I used the standard technique of snugging up the front action screw first, then the rear but leaving the middle about 1/2 to 3/4 turn from snug. Then, it was trial and error with the forend screw to see what the rifle preferred--this varied a lot from rifle to rifle. When I refer to "snugging" up I mean tightening with a standard screwdriver but not overdoing it and compressing the wood, especially at the rear where the bedding area is very small under the tang.
 
According to the owners manual that came with mine its 35 in-lb
