Wouldn't hold my breath in light of the results of the last election. Can't see Pelosi permitting this to go anywhere in the house. I can definitely see Shumer tie this up in the Senate. And I can't see the Harris/Biden group signing any such legislation is somehow Nancy and Chuck screwed up and such legislation were to pass. I mean, who would ever allow a firearm that only went "Pft" whenever someone pulled the trigger. Now, I've seen how deadly those firearms with silencers are by watching movies. Do you know how many people John Wick killed who never heard the shot?

If we could have kept Trump, the house, and the senate (like we had from 2016 - 2018) I think this had a good chance.

That much touted HPA bill was alive during the Trump tenure. Went no where even with a supermajority.

Bump stocks lost under Trump, concealed carry in National Parks gained under Obama.

I don’t like either one of them by the way.
