Will I get it ?

Well after many many years being on the fence about a AR15 and with my Brother telling Me I should have one. A couple weeks ago I went to the local gun store and ordered a Rockriver A4 .223 Rem 5.56 Wylde chamber with a stainless barrel 20 inch 1-8 twist and chrome Varmint trigger 3.5lb
Now the wait and will it be banned before I receive it ?
If and when I receive it looking to put a LPVO 1x6 24 30mm tube any suggestions reasonable priced will be using it for calling Coyotes.

I doubt you’ll be disappointed. I have a small heard of them and love snapping a new one together.

They’re quite accurate nowadays and I’d bet you won’t be disappointed in the least.

Years ago I ordered a dozen or so Rock River AR's for our SWAT team. We used them hard and they performed well.

Now I will have to get a mount for a scope.

Well I have a mount ordered now waiting for optic to become available. Never would of thought there would be a shortage on optics.

Which LPVO are you looking at? I have used all three tiers of Vortex, a Bushy, and a Leupold. The Vortex Razor is hands down an awesome piece of glass. All of the rest were more than adequate. If I was going on the cheap for a beater truck gun, the Vortex Strike Eagle fits the bill well.

First day at range put 40 rounds of Winchester 55gr FMJ M193 factory down range.
Rifle worked flawlessly Vortex Razor 1-6 E model worked perfect tracked great.
The White box M193 Winchester shells were not very impressive accuracy wise but functionality was fine.
Just for kicks I shot 5 Nosler 40gr BT that I had reloaded with the max load of H335, only shift was higher on target.
I have not shot a AR for close to 40 years and the trigger was nice in this rifle recoil very light
I think this will make a nice calling rifle and self defense rifle.
