I've bumped it up to 6.0 grains of Bullseye recently and it's working great.

Wow! I can see why you're so happy to retire your old one Guy..... from the looks of those groups I'd say you had one of those "that was easy" buttons from Staples!! Or was it the hand loads!
 
A buddy and I took our .45 Kimber 1911's to the range yesterday afternoon. It was about 35 degrees and damp out. Ugh. Something real nice about handling a good 1911 though. We shot groups at 7 yards with 230 gr fmj ammo:

Ya, I know, only 7 yards... But it was chilly, and we left after some short range drills. Maybe 50 rounds each or so.
