Very cool. We usually have bald eagles nesting in our canyon every spring, and saw my first pair of the winter/spring today.

Good pictures, especially those sheep. Very cool.

Eagles around here have gone from rare sightings, to everywhere and too many. It started out with bald eagles, now we got bald and golden eagles, and lots of them.

Great Pics and thanks for sharing.
We had a Hawk explosion a few years ago and now the Red Tails are everywhere.
The Bald Eagle has been on a steady recovery also and we are seeing them more and more in areas they never use to be.

Not that long ago I counted a mixed bag of 18 bald eagles and golden eagles in a field not far from here. A few more bald eagles than golden.

About a week ago there were 3 golden eagles in a field I was looking at out my front window. I've had bald eagles camped out in trees 50 yds from my house eying up our chickens. I run them off with all the fervor and fear I can put into them. I'm not about allowing a welfare hangout for eagles at my expense.

We're seeing a lot of eagles here as well ... Right now with the temp in the teens you can see as many as eight or more clustered in one tree as the river is mostly frozen over with a few open spots where they congregate to fish.
