I either heard or read about this and tried it. It is pretty good.
The rib talk got me hungry.

Put pork in crock pot and add ginger ale until covered.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Drain, then shred, it should be falling apart.
Add a bottle of your favorite Barbeque sauce, cook 1 hour
Serve with good rolls.

I used this with ribs also. Just cut down the time to 4 hours
Then cover with barbeque sauce or rub and cook on low on grill
for another hour, turning them.

That sounds great! Pretty easy too.

I normally use the McCormick "Pulled BBQ Pork" stuff. You have to add some cider vinegar and brown sugar to the powder. Cook it on low for 8 - 10 hours. Shredd it, put back in crockpot anf then put about a cup of Pace medium Salsa in. Stir it up and let it heat back up for 15 -30 min.

Everyone that's had some of this has raved about it.

Pulled pork is mighty fine! I like to use Famous Dave's bbq sauces. I do a dry rub on the pork, Put in slow cooker until falling apart and then have the different sauces on the side so each can pick their own flavor for each sandwich they eat. Sweet and Sassy, Rich and Zesty, Georgia Mustard or my personal favorite........DEVILS SPIT.

That Devils Spit is AWESOME Long. We have a Famous Daves right around the corner from work, and man, the Devil Spit on their burger is excellent! Scotty
