Weaver 40/44 Riflescope

What is the story on these? Any good?

I have used a few of the Weaver 40/44 Riflescopes. I currently have a 4x12x44mm AO with their Ballistic X Reticle on my .25-06. I have had a couple 6.5x20x44mm AO with their Varminter Reticles on a couple custom 10/22's I have built.

I have not had a problem with them, and am actually considering another one.
