Why firefoam with lite loads?

I have read this fairly often and gotta wonder why? I have been fire forming 7x30 Waters from 30-30. Have not annealed them or nothin. No problems using hot loads. Am I missing something?

Now I just annealed and re-sized some 30-30 brass to 7x30. Figured I would load em up like always and being annealed it should be even easier for them to fireform. But I am open to varying opinions/experiences

My "swag" is that you don't want tooo much brass flow into the neck area.
Again, just a "swag".

I used MAX 280 Rem loads to FF 280AI. Never had any problems.
