Are Vortex rings a good choice for mounting a scope? Any known issues with them?

Happened to stumble across a local Markeplace find for 15 pounds of a variety of powder for $300. When I got there, the seller added some more for free. Most of them are powders I have used previously but one I am looking to try out for the first time is Big Game in 30:06.

A pair of eagles on the homestead with one snacking on an elk ear. A couple nights ago they were both sitting in a tree watching a younger one chow down. A bit long winded video but I enjoyed watching them.

I had some that came from the factory where several of the tips had come off. With the little experimenting I did they went to the same POI at 100 yards.

Good idea. With the new Tactacam cameras you can screw into the back of the camera as well as the bottom so a shorter bolt could be used if available.

NW Oregon didn’t get hit as hard as they did up in Washington. Our home is on a hill so away from any possible flooding personally.
