welcome to forum sixtus , and thanks for bringing up that about the Nosler 240 gr jhp, I've been wondering about those bullets myself for use in a 444 marlin .
Guy only experience I have with the 180 gr partition was in a 300 win mag for a successful moose hunt .
For deer and bear I use a Hornady 180 gr Interlock round nose in 30-06 and 300 win mag and it has done the trick well
I too enjoy working with the VVpowders an have really had good results .
n 130-133 for 222
n 140 and 540 for 308 and 22-250 and 243
n 570 for 257 Bee
n 560 for 300 win mag and 257 Bee
n 555 with 30-06
have n 150 and 550 but seems like above calibers preferred the listed powders
Jason mainly deer and that was probably 20 plus years ago performed wonderfully .wish I never sold that rifle marlin 336 er I believe was the model number

I haven't checked on any for awhile ,if my memory serves me right I believe the Nosler BSB bullets I ordered from Midway.
Glad to hear on the toughness of them I would like to use them for bear hunting .
