I measured it to be .451" diameter but don't know anything else about it. For 45ACP?

I have a couple of boxes of Nosler 230gr JNP bullets that I bought several years ago. The box is marked HG4460 and HG 45. The size is not marked on the box. Are these .451" or .458" diameter? Also what is their intended use?
