7 MM Rem Mag and 150 BT?

Yep. I guess that means we're both a couple of dummies

7 MM Rem Mag and 150 BT?

Thanks. Unfortunately though, I let someone talk me out of that particular rifle.

7 MM Rem Mag and 150 BT?

This load worked particularly well for me:

BTW, you're not talking about the Win. Short Mag are you?

Need a 300 win mag recipe

The only time I've ever compressed powder in the .300 WM was when I was trying a load with 80 grs. of H1000. Other than that I've never had such a problem. I've used Win. and Nosler brass.

Need a 300 win mag recipe

I've had good success with the 165 TSX and TTSX in my .300 WM using 74.5 grs of RL22 and Fed215M primers in Win brass. Velocity runs about 3200+ and accuracy is around 1 MOA or less. I load them .050" off the lands.

    Disappointing Bullet Prefomance

I've had 100% positive results from the TSX so far, primarily the 168 gr. in a .300 mag and the 140 gr. in a 7mm mag. They kill stuff quick and are accurate to boot. JJHack has a good write-up on 'em at 24hourcampfire on the Africa forum.

Partition vs Accubond Range Test Today

That rifle's a keeper. BTW, I never could get the 160 Accubond to shoot to my liking in my 7mm mag either. In fact, I've never had an Accubond shoot to my liking in any rifle.

Suggested loads for 300 win mag and 180 e-tip

I could only go a max of 67 grs. of H4831sc in my 300 WM using the 180 gr. E Tip. Velocity was running a tad under 2850 fps. At 68 grs. the bolt was very hard to lift. This is in a 26" Lilja barrel. I'll be trying some other powders as I don't think H4831sc is going to get it done.

    Belted Magnum Brass

75% of my reloading up to now has involved belted magnum cases and I've never had such a problem. Wait and see if you have this so-called bulge problem before putting money into a die you may never need.

    7 STW E-Tip Range Report

My experience with the 180 gr. in my .300 Win mag was somewhat similar. Nosler doesn't have load data for H4831sc, so I consulted several other sources and it seems the max load was generally around 73 grs. or a little more. So, I prepared a small batch starting at 68 grs and went up to 70. I...

    150 7mm E-Tip

Hope they shoot as well as the 150 gr. Ballistic Tips did in my 7mm mag: BTW, this was the Sako 75 you sold me POP. After seeing the above I hope you don't regret selling it to me as much as I regret selling to someone else.

    Nosler's Magnum TV!

I hope your show is more along the lines of American Sportsmen (probably the classiest outdoor show of all time) than the crap that's on TV these days. Tone down the heavy metal music (or better yet don't have any at all) and do away with staged, fake hunting scenes. And while I'm ranting, I...
