That would be my wife's department. I like variety, but she makes a heck of a turkey parmesan! I have a buddy that has a big smoker, so I give him a whole bird and usually does something special for me too. I do pretty good cooking red meat game though!

Shot this gobbler during the spring turkey opener today. Used 12 ga Benelli Super Black Eagle II, Indian Creek turkey choke, and Hevi Shot 3 1/2" #6. He was 23# , 10" beard, and he had 3 spurs! Haven't seen that before. A good opening day hunt ridge running!

I just got a call from Nosler. My gun has been shipped back to me, and should arrive Monday. I'm excited to see the new finished stock and how the gun feeds now that it has been serviced. I will report when I take it to the range next week.

Coyote, male taken March 8 at 314 yards with my Winchester M70 Coyote Lite 300wsm. Nikon 6.5-20x44 scope, Harris bipod, and 180 gr BT bullets. These dogs get pretty big in the North East, my biggest this year.
