Lots to like about that rig especially since it's a lefty. Pretty hard to beat a fast twist 25-06 for deer sized game anywhere...

Good looking rifle. I have a 25-06 Sako that I bought in 1986 and it shoots lights out. 25-06 is a deer killing machine.

Beautiful rifle, Noah! Those Hammer bullets should work well for you. My 25-06 shoots Hammers and 115g Ballistic tips into bughole groups.
