I agree! I love their 300 WSM ammo. Nosler needs to make the E-tip 150 grain ammo. My model 48 loves the 150 E-tips, actually better than the 180 accubonds.

My 300 WSM rifles loves the 150 grain E-Tips and I plan on using them for this upcoming deer season. Anyone have experience with the bullet regarding its performance on deer? expansion?

Thanks old #7. I know it will be hard with only twenty bullets. I'm hoping that the experience from Larry at superior ammo will help. He has made some ammo for model 48's in 300 WSM. I will find out tomorrow.

I have the model 48 and feel like its more than capable of hunting in extreme conditions. However its not offered in 30-06, the one I have is in 300 WSM.

I own a Model 48 and can care less that its the "same as" or "based" off a Howa action. The fact is...I like the feel, quality, and function of the Model 48, so there for its worth it to me to buy it over another rifle that may be similar in action design. The Model 48 is truely a fine rifle...

Hunter Jim, So far, I have only shot Nosler loaded 180 grain Accubonds and they group at 1/2" at 100 yards. I also will admit that I know the gun is much more capable than I am at this point. I do not have much experience bench shooting. I hope to find a 150 grain bullet that the rifle...
