Once you have a tractor you can always find something to do with it. I’ve got a front loader, pallet forks, tiller, front snowblower, belly mower, rear blade, brush hog and I think that’s it. I’ve never touched a wheel barrow since I’ve had it. If I had it to do over I’d add a cab and backhoe.

I’d rather have all the stuff to load for a rifle I don’t yet have than to have the rifle and then struggle to find the stuff!

I just have a small JD compact tractor but I wish that I’d gotten a cab when I bought it! That LS looks great.

The only lever gun I own is one of the Browning model 71’s but some day I’ll get one of the Winchester Deluxe’s. I don’t know enough to know how the .348 compares to rounds like the .375 Win but the .348 has about as much recoil as I consider “fun”.

I have dies. I’d pull the bullets and dump the powder before shooting it all.

I have an Encore chambered in 30 T/C and when I bought it I also bought the 10 boxes of Hornady ammo that the guy had. That was fortunate since the ammo was $10 a box and brass doesn’t seem to be available any longer. The ammo is mostly 150’s and a couple boxes of 165’s and all the bullets are...

I have one of those Ruger 77 RL’s in 250 Sav and I shot it a little with 100 grain bullets but it never seemed particularly accurate and I kind of lost interest in it so it sits somewhere in the safe

I bought these from an estate and they were all wrapped up in cellophane and I’ve never unwrapped them. Not sure how old they are but pretty old. I think I have 3 boxes of each.

I like old boxes of ammunition, especially the ones with cool graphics. I have some old Peter’s 250 Sav boxes somewhere. I also have some old Newton stuff, some from Newton Arms Co., some from Western and some of the Speer brass from later on.

I have a few of them and use them for all sorts of stuff, dragging deer, ice fishing gear and we also use them hunting ducks and geese. You can haul your stuff to the blind in one, unload it and fill it with decoys and wade around with it to put them out.

I know people that have shot whitetails that would fit in a game pouch.

In VT, and probably a lot of other places, turkeys are classified as big game.

I doubt that all of the bullet companies are using imported copper.

I was at a local range one day and a fairly well known outdoor writer was there shooting a .458 Win Mag with Hornady factory ammo. I picked up some of the cases to look at and on probably half of them a considerable portion of the neck was gone. He didn’t seem concerned about it.

I’m not sure what the point is when there are already some 20 million glocks out there.
