Itinerary Change

Due to recent MVA and cardiac issues that have proven unfounded I changed my South African hunt to May 2026.

Saw the cardiologist that put in my first stent and he cleared me to go back to work with no restrictions. Not having worked since October 26 and still moving slow I decided not to travel until later. Also thinking about adding a couple more plains game animals.

A couple weeks and I’m South Africa bound.

Already planning a second trip, to Zimbabwe, for Black Death. I’m just in the planning stages at this point. If I like who I’m hunting with this trip I’ll use them for my Cape Buffalo hunt. If not I have the PH my buddy used for his archery hunt.

The plains game hunt, this trip, is an audition for the PH. I don’t need fancy nor to be waited on hand and foot. I also want to see how they handle the trophies. I’m just sorry I waited so long to go. I’m bringing taco shells and plan on making tacos one night. Also bringing tortillas. They are going to get some Sonoran whether they like it or not. I do hope they like it.
