Yep,,the very same 458 Win Mag for my Encore to be used as a pistol. I have a pair of SRH 454's as well as the 454 Encore tube,these are going to seem mild indeed. I have a 50 Alaskan tube for my Encore on order as well. Some people just think differently about "enough gun".

Actually this won't be for hunting wabbit's at all. I am hoping for a trip to Jurassic Park to cull a few Triceratops'.

Can you enlighten me with some data for a 16" Encore ? 500gr @ 1800fps is my target.
