Has anyone tried the FTX in the 45 LC with H110 for a ruger? I have seen alot for the lighter loads but want a heavier load for the SRH. Looking for a starting point.
I talked to ruger and was told they did put the lettering on the bottom of some barrels. They had no idea about the grind mark and the guy i bought it from doesn't return emails so "caveat emptor". I will just have to sure my depression with retail therapy on gunbroker. It shoots and...
i bought it used and just got it yesterday so thought i would start here. I am working on pictures. Also the barrel seems to be a little offcenter. the ejector rod hits the cylinder when the cylinder is locked in place.
I just bought a used ruger super blackhawk hunter in 44 mag. Upon inspection i noticed the lettering on the barrel is on the bottom and there is a grind mark the looks like it was done with the barrel off. Just wondering if anyone has seen a ruger barrel with the lettering there? Thanks.
Really like the hornady and nosler. Would prefer hodgdon powder but will use what works. Thanks for all the advice guys, that is why i love this forum.
Hello, i am reloading for 2 brothers that shoot ar's and wondered about some recipes for them. One is a 24" varmint shooter and the other is a 16" paper shooter. I would like to use 55 grain bullets. Thanks
Yes it does, I plink with the 45 colt and hunt with thee 454 end of it. i have looked at alot but don't remember leupold so I will go back to the drawing board. Thanks
I bought a Ruger super redhawk 454 casull and it came with a millet red dot. Well after less than 100 rounds the millet died. So i was looking for suggestions for a new one. I would like to hunt and bench shoot with it. Thanks
