I have a quick question on Nosler blems. I have used them quite a lot through the years, sometimes with good results and sometimes not. Now my question: are blems cosmetic only, or can they be structural? Thanks

To piggy back on the original posters question (hopefully not hijacking), I need to convert 28 pieces of new 300SAUM cases down to 7mmSAUM. So, can I just neck size, trim, and turn necks?
