I realize this is an old post, but I just acquired some of the same bullets for my 270 Winchester, I have loaded them with 51 grains W760, will see how they do, mine is an old Browning BBR with the nine locking lugs, very accurate with other bullets.
Also acquired the same type bullet in 7mm 140...
Thanks all, just was not sure as some say these bullets are different than the old cup and core and can create higher pressure if not careful.
So thanks for the advice, will just do the usual and work up and see how they do.
Bought at an auction, some 140 grain combined technology bullets to use in my 7/08, they appear to be coated, as they are gray like maybe moly coated, anyway, does anyone have any data, none of my Nosler books lists them, so would be nice to find a load to try them out.
figure they may not be...
Well the one model here is pretty pricey.
And it is only listed as 300lbs, and does not have the part that sits on the ground.

Here is a video of fixing the magazine, I know it appears to be the same thing my late brother came up with before we had the internet as it is today.
Hope it helps your friend.

I will join in, here is mine
And a target I shot at 200 yards with 150 grain bullets, I recently loaded some 150 grain Barnes TSX bullets for it, hope they shoot well.
