It's sure nice to see someone have good experiances with their 243wssm. My wife bought one and I've come closer to wrapping this thing around a tree than any gun I've ever dealt with. I'll try the load with the 760 and see if anything has changed. Oh by the way, It's a Browning Micro hunter.

Have ya given H4831 a try just yet? This powder along with H414 is all I load under 100 gr bullets.
Like stated earlier,I've not heard of having "hangfires" in a 243. You DO need to make sure that you don't underload it. I've found, with my rifle, that Max loads work best.

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately,all the things that you suggested HAVE been tryed to no avail. The trigger on this rifle is fantastic, in my opinion,so that's another kicked to the curb! It may just be a Monday or Friday gun.
