Have loaded a 270 in this bullet. Any suggestions on powder? I am using a Rem 700. What about using the 130gr in the Partition?

I am wanting to use my .270 for Elk what bullet to choose and weight? I am not sure I fullly understand the difference between Ball Tip and Partition. Thanks
