Well I received a email from Nosler and will be receiving a Hat or T-shirt as compensation for the box of ABs that had 5 bullets without poly tips.
Nosler can not send me bullets because of the Homeland Security Act.
He did mention that the bullets were very old and I replied that I have some...
E that is a very nice lever action, I have a good friend that has one in a 300 he has used it in the bush for years and has always been reliable :wink:.

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to get back into my happy space :wink: my Man Cave! Well I was resizing some brass when my Hornady Case Prep just siezed up so I took it apart & found that a plastic gear had snapped in half :shock:. It looked like a easy fix so I emailed Hornady & was advised...
I used the system on VX6 for 2 seasons & then took it out :wink:. It seemed to work really well but I am to old for that stuff :lol:.
When shooting targets out to 600 yards it was great but when hunting I used my years of shooting the 270win & had a 2” high at 100 zero. When game came into view...
I agree with DrMike, that every time someone illegally hunts the public paint us all with the same brush :evil:.
I am glad that they were caught but I believe a lifetime band on hunting was in order as he was a professional and it was no mistake.

Looking at this last photo and closing my eyes I can hear him making a challenge bugle and the hair on the back of my neck is just standing :shock:.

That is too bad, I know in northern Saskatchewan the wolf population is moving out of the forest and now there is a licenced season for them and farmers are allow to shoot them at any time.
They do have to be controlled.

I have 1 CZ rifle and it is a 527 American in a 204. It replaced my Savage model-12 :wink: I was told by many people that I had lost a lot of accuracy by getting rid of the Savage. Well it is about 1/2 the weight :lol: & the accuracy is a very pleasant surprise.
