Zero point zero zero one? I don’t find that significant. Granted, I don’t shoot past 600 yards, but 0.001” to me is nothing. Differences in shooting form will have more impact on precision than 0.001” variation in seating...

Both of these bulls took one bullet apiece. The 4x4 went straight down, the big 5 went 90 feet.

Just saw this.
We kill elk with 150 Eldx over Big Game powder. 2790 fps at the muzzle. The Eldx is a surprisingly stout bullet.
My nephew killed this one at 409 yards.
It’s the bee’s knees for the Mighty -08. I used to load for 5 7mm-08s and they all got Big Game and either 140 Partition or AccuBond, whichever shot better. Magnum primer.
Varget was #2, great accuracy but waaay less velocity.
