Fire a shot and miss, it happens, but the next round, loaded with the same die settings won't fire? do you really load your own? 2 weeks ago you struggled fireforming, now you know all things rifles and reloading? Sorry to the board but man!
well after readjusting 250 yard zero, the thing now is tracking very well. have ran it out to 600, 800, and 1100 yards. making first round hits on steel plates and rocks. this is on a 6mm ARC. took 38 moa to make 1100
Back in the early 80's, when a fast car and a GF were higher priorities than ammo, and wallet was pretty thin, was buying paks of 100 for 1.29, never thought about stocking up. But that 69 charger was cool!
yes, very. put a small line down the length of the lube pad and work it in very well. I use a rag, just a dribble then make sure it is spread evenly over the cloth. then just pick up a hand full of brass, roll them on the cloth a couple times, and your done.
Thanks Ernie, just looked up the BC of the ELD-M, will give them a try. But the Bergers do shoot very well in my AR-10, loaded them in the CM because I had them on hand, and they were not suitable for my 6.5 Gibbs.
yeah ,got some for my 338 Edge, not worried much with them, but also have some loaded for my 6.5 CM, was curious how they would work. And thats a bruiser of a buck, congrats.
anyone used them for hunting? Its the closest thing to bergers I can find available, bought them to have something to shoot, got me to thinking, what if bergers are not available in the future.
