Wondering if someone would be kind enough to drop in some data for 6.5mm 129 grain and 142 grain LR accu bonds even though none to be had at this time?
Looking at h-4350 out of a 24" barrel and using Nosler brass in a 6.5 Creedmoor 2.840 OAL
Thanks
People can call it what they wish, the construction of this bullet is going to tell a person it is not made to hit bone what so ever. The jacket stays the same for the entire length the reason they are easier to tune IMO, like many other match paper bulles. I have shot deer with Amax as well and...
You must remember the Amax is not designed to be a hunting bullet, it is a match grade target round, because of that accuracy people have taken it upon themselves to try and use it for hunting purposes on game like, deer, antelope and the such.
The AMP jacket makes then very consistent but if...
To be quite honest how about just keeping up with production on what you have available for awhile? I heard each bullet now only gets made 2 times each year?
Try Hornady 150 GMX bullets and varget powder I reload for a friend who has a rem 700 heavy barrel 308 with a suppressor and that thing flat kills with those GMX and holds 1/2" groups all day long with varget and those bullets from a 26" barrel.
Killed deer out to 450 and just flattens them.
I am looking for one box of those bullets. If anyone has a box for sale let me know other wise I am waiting until Febuary or later I guess? I bought a few of these in a sample pack at a decent price and they shoot really well in my 6.5 Creedmoor but can't find any for sale? Was told by Nosler...
Looking for some 6.5 mm 129 LR accubonds? When will more be made? These seem to be hard to find? Do they take more to make than other bullets or is Nilser looking to bring out a new improved version for 2016?
Thanks will shorten them up,after checking OAL in my chamber and run them .40-.50 off max length of chamber.
45 grains Rl 17 in a 6.5 creed and seating bullets deeper is that a compressed load?
I have some Nosler ABLR comming for my 6.5 Creedmoor to try should I just use the data for the std AB 130's? The LR's are a tad longer I think?
Anyone use these LR accu bonds and your thoughts on them? Thinking in the 6.5 Creedmoor might increase effect range for the bullets seeing how they...
Not really looking for max as I stated 40 and 40.5. H 4350 are showing great accuracy one hole groups or darn close to it.
The quic load info is something that would be of benefit and compare that with what Hodgon and Nosler have for ranges of powder charge.
Thanks
That has to be one full, case of powder? Is that a compressed load? What I love about H series is many are extreme powders and they really work as far as temp insensitivity goes. love that pwoder in my .243 and Nosler 95 bal tips and 90 accu bonds as well.
Just wonder why Hodgon which list a max...
Could someone please add the data for 6.5 Creedmoor in 130 accu bonds and 140 bal tips! using h4350 powder in both 24" barrel savage.
Just got this gun a month ago and boy is it a shooter less than .5 groups first 15 shots down the barrel.
My deal is Hodgkin and Nosler data for max loads...
Hey thanks guys, used to be on here a lot a few years back as adccoyote, I have since moved to missouri , used to do full, time predator control . moved family for better opportunities for my wife and kids. Still shoot as much as I can and calling coyotes has been a passion of mine for many years...
was wondering if anyone has load data for 90 grain Nosler accu bond in .243 Winchester using h4350 powder in a 24" barrel? I have a savage that shoots darn good with 95 bal tips and h 4350 want to load up some accu bonds now that I finally got a box. Thanks for any help.
