I would recommend that you full length resize your brass. You might have a tight chamber that will only accept brass that way. I personally have found Rugers to be finicky.
I am sorry, but there is not a real good answer for that question. The fact that the book was published in 2002 puts it before my time. It would be my guess that it is something simple like they ran out of that powder at the time. I know that we have noticed issues like this and will take care...
The request has not gone unheard. I do not know for sure what products will be released for next year, but I definately think that the H&H cartridges should not be overlooked.
I have definately heard a lot of requests for a Partition with a poly tip and also a bonded core Partition. We have had a design for them for a while now, but as it sits, it is not feesible to produce such a bullet at this time. Too cost prohibitive. Don't ask for a bonded core PT. It just...
These all have sounded like great choices for rifles. This pole has caused me to almost re-think my pick. I will have to go with the 338 Win Mag. This cartridge has never let me down on elk. A 210PT drops them in their tracks. I would have to say that a 270Wby will take a second place for me.

I would have to agree that a 180gr Partition or AccuBond would allow a 30-06 to handle deer, elk and bear. I like the idea of one load. I use the 06 for my back up rifle for deer and elk loaded with the 180gr AccuBonds.
I know that I definately have a bias, but I like the AccuBonds. I would not blame you for not switching. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. I think that another point that hasn't been addressed is what the end results are. The accuracy may be great, but what is the penetration and expansion...
I am sorry, but we do not have a release date for the 280ai ammo at this time. Also, the ammunition will not be available from dealers, because it only sold direct from Nosler.
It will be hard for the decision makers to ignore a request like this. It will be interesting to see what is offered in our brass line next year. Are there any other suggestions for brass?
I believe in the Tikka. I have just added the third one to my collection. That makes a 22-250 varmint, 270win and a 338win mag. The 22-250 shoots .25" the 270 .5" and I am still working up loads for the 338.
I would have to agree that the 270wsm is a fantastic cartridge. They seem to be extremely accurate. If I had to choose a 270wsm I would pick the Nosler Model 48. I know it is a shameless plug, but I have seen those rifles shoot .33" groups routinely in the lab.
I have some news for you guys. The shipping charges have just changed at the Shooter's Pro Shop. It is now based on UPS charges. It still isn't too bad, but I might be a little bias. The factory second bullets do shoot straight. There are no internal flaws with the bullets, it is just cosmetic...
