I will be ordering one for my 50BMG. I have been contemplating getting one for my 375 Cheytac also but I ended up with Fortmeier. I just like the looks of it on the XLR chassis.

The press is huge. That's a 375 Cheytac setting on it.

It all depend on the application. Small diameter cartridge like you mentioned here are all great at ranges 1000 yards or less for paper punching. It's even less if the target bleeds. I compete at Extreme Long Range shooting. In this discipline, size and horsepower reign supreme.

For a price... yes. However TL needs to ironed out the kinks, The bolt is so tight that any misalignment on chambering, the fired case will have the tendency to bind even on a mild load. Mine came cerrakoted and that made matter worst. I have to sanded out the coating in order for it to work...
