I purchased the same rifle in the spring. If you find a load it likes post it up. I have yet to shoot mine.

    Magnum Rifle Primers

I see them pop up online daily. They go quickly. I was able to pick up enough locally to last my Magnum needs for a few years.

    300 H&H Ruger Number One...

I would have to buy that rifle. #1 in 300 H&H is on the short list. Haven’t seen one at a decent price in a while. Just got a 1B in 30-06 that may get converted to 300 H&H if I can’t find one soon.

SPS migrating to Nosler.com - did us vets lose our discount?

I had to populate all my info again including verification of my Military status. Past orders did not appear either. I guess if you don’t already have a Nosler account you would have to create one.

What will be your cartridge/rifle of choice for this fall? Second?

I am going to give my Ruger 77RSI IN 250 Savage paired with 100gr NBT a try this fall for our WV Whitetails. Edit: Almost forgot I got a new Winchester Low Wall in 6.5 Creed that I want to try out with 140gr NBT’s as well. I try to rotate guns between hunts.

    Reloading Bench

Glad to see everyone else’s bench is as cluttered as mine. Getting ready to re-do the kitchen so I am going to grab a few upper cabinets for additional storage around the bench.

    .257 100 Gr. BT's actually found!

I got some 100gr 257 caliber from Cabela’s about a month ago after another member posted on here. I think I paid just over $50 for 3 boxes shipped after military discount and a few points. I was a happy camper.

    Really???

I stopped by Cabela’s in Charleston WV today and IMR 4350 was $75 a pound all the other brands were at least $20 cheaper. They had lots of pistol primers.

Cabelas has some Nosler Bullets on sale today

I saw Reloader 16 for $99 a pound the other day. Glad I don't use it.

    I believe they did.

    Ramshot Hunter

Just looked at Cabela’s here in Charleston again. No Hunter powder but every other Ramshot powder was in stock. Did luck into 2K CCI Large Rifle primers and a new fishing pole though.

    Ramshot Hunter

Apparently we do. Grew up in Hinton and now live in Jumping Branch in Ellison Ridge. Setting outside the Court House as I type this.

    Ramshot Hunter

I have looked around Beckley and Cabela’s in Charleston and haven’t seen any. Been looking to try it in a few of my rifles.
