Looking at the 90gr Sierra 100 of them at midway are $28.99, so 29 cents per bullet
Looking at the 95gr Nosler Ballistic Tip 100 of them are $33.98, so 34 cents per bullet
$5 per box cheaper then Nosler 95's
The 165gr .308's are the same price as ballistic tips
The 165gr 7mms are cheaper...
I was in a gun shop a few years ago when a guy brought a 25/06 in that he had locked up solid. Turns out he didn't trim any cases and the neck was jammed as you said. It was on a Savage and they had to remove the barrel because they couldn't get the bolt open. After they finally got the...

I'm picking up some 123's for my 260 after seeing how they performed for a friend from his 260 this season on whitetails.
When I rebarrel my 243 it will be with a 1/8 because it will handle pretty much anything but the long 115's. My 1/9.125 shoots 105's great right now but a 1/8" would open a few more doors.

I'm a ballistic tip fan because I always get great accuracy from them and on our East TN whitetails they are very deadly.
He is slowly motivating me to buy a Glock 40
I wish I could come up with a better way to keep up with my brass. It's hard to keep track of them after ejection.
So if you shot a slow load from a slow barrel with a slow twist and it expanded would it not prove that it would expand from the faster barrel at the same velocity meaning it would work at whatever distance you are setting as a maximum?
I have no idea I'm just asking if it would/wouldn't?
I have a Glock 20 with 4.6" and 6" Storm Lake barrels and it is very quickly becoming my favorite handgun. I have been shooting whatever weak factory fodder I can find along with the Underwood 180 XTP. The Underwood ammo is excellent and very accurate. I had no desire to load for mine until I...
I've had great results with the 95 NBT and the 80 TTSX and 80 GMX from my 243 Win. The TTSX and GMX are hammers.
I am going to try the Hornady 105 BTHP this year.
I do not.
I figure if I can load for me then they can load for them. I don't want the hassle of working up a load, the liability of them not being smart and if I'm spending time at my bench then it's for my rifles.
That's just me though
