Varget is supposed to be awesome with the lighter weight bullets. I’ve never tried 4064 though, I have it but use it in my 416 rem mag. Ram shot big game is great for the heavies though. If u see some big game grab it up.

That’s a pretty neat concept. I’m an ambidextrous shooter, but I see how something like this could be very helpful.

That’s a beautiful rifle man! Is that one of the Portugal made model 70’s! My safari in 416 rem is from the Portugal plant, and it’s been solid shooter since day one. Really like that PRC too, can’t wait to see what you finish up with at the range.

Brownells has some Hornady 286 grain spire point, grafs has som 250 accubond. And most places have the 250 GMX that I’ve looked at. Maybe midway has 250 grain etip not sure anymore. That’s about all I’ve seen lately though buddy. And I’m not sure on some brass lately either. Not sure what grain...
I’ve got roughly 500-600 primers of SR magnum, LR magnum, and LR. About 300 large pistol, but I hardly load pistols anymore. I have cut back on the shooting a pretty good bit because I really don’t wanna pay gunbroker primer prices again lol. I’ve not seen a primer in a local store for over a...
I’ve had two ruger predators in 6.5 CM, and they outshot a lot of rifles I paid a good bit more money for lol. I had the one with the original rotary mag, then one of the early runs that came with the AI mag. Both shot great for me, but I ended up swapping over to the howa’s.

I need to get around to trying these hammer bullets someday. Seems like I’ve been hearing a lot of high praises for them lately.

I had to buy primers on gunbroker awhile back for $300/ 1,000. It hurt but I really wanted to keep shooting lol.

I’ve had great luck with the 140 hot-cor in 6.5 mm and the 160 hot-cor in 7mm. I think they along with the interlocks are two of the best whitetail killers ever made.

I’m gonna be honest Guy, I’m a huge fan of that howa 1500 platform lol. I would not hesitate on a vanguard if I found one. The 257 bee would be awesome too.

They are fine rifles aren’t they? Their budget rifle is a world of difference from our American budget rifles. The triggers are fantastic, and the stock is leaps and bounds ahead of most synthetic stocks on factory rifles here.

That PPU brass is some good stuff too. I still have my original bag of it that has been loaded probably a dozen times in my 98 mauser. And I’m talking hot heavy loads too. I find it better than Remington, Hornady, federal. Also use Norma brass in my sauer. And I use the PPU 285 grain soft point...
