I'm working on a load for a 22-250 with a 64gn tbbc. With 33gn of w760 they key holed. Thats a starting load and a 1:14 twist rate. A winchester factory load with a 64gn power point stabilizes. Going to chrono the winchester load and try loading to that speed.

Yes i worked on that. It has rubber grips but it stuck out further on the right side where it meets the trigger guard. I'm debating about putting a scope or a red dot on it. I think for hunting a scope would be best.

I shot some more reloads yesterday. I shot surprisingly better. Was close to the center of the target. Will have to do something to the grip its a little wider on the ride side and chopped my finger up.

Yes it's 1:14 twist. It shoots 55gn pills just fine.

I loaded some tbbc for my buddy's 22-250. They where suppose to be 62gn bullets i weighed some and they where 67gn. I started at min charge of 33gn of w760 and they keyholed very little. If i push them harder will it help from keyholing?

I did'nt shoot yesterday because of the wind. But got out today shot 5 rounds of factory ammo and 5 reloads. Good news is all reloads went bang and i still have all my body parts. LOL. Bad news is none hit where i was aiming. It's only the 3rd time i shot a pistol. I need a lot of practice.

Made my first pistol reloads today for it. Going to shoot them tomorrow. 23gn of h110 and a 240gn berry plated bullet.

The Ruger has a 7 1/2" barrel. I have no need for full power loads. Going to practice with it and if i shoot it good enough i'll take it deer hunting.

Picked up 500 240gn berry bullets today. Going to use them for practice.
