Gee, Guy I thought I was the only one that checked to see what's available even though I don't need any.
You can't ever tell when the price will be too good to pass up.

While it's probably as scarce or even more so than RL22 If you can find Norma MRP it's my understanding that they are either the "same" powder or very close.
Aside from that maybe H4831, H1000, IMR7828, AA MagPro.
Sorry a I haven't been back to this thread in awhile and just saw the request.

If possible spend a little more and make it a switch barrel. That way you can have both the .22 creed and the 6 creed you could even have the extra action work done and get the second barrel later.
Remington 870 with 3” #6’s.
I tried to get a shot with my muzzleloader but after crawling 20 yards or so (most on hands and knees down in the roadbed and the last bit on my belly) I got busted trying to slide the barrel through the hog wire fence.
Cartridge rifles and handguns are not legal in...
Paul I have the same rifle that I bought new in 1986. I haven't tried any 150's in it but it shoots the 130 NBT over a healthy dose of AA3100 into about 3/4".
I haven't had the pleasure to hunt Pronghorn as there don't seem to be very many in Georgia. I would love to get the chance sometime though.
I saw this information not long ago as I was working on my load. I think the 158 HP was like 700-1500 fps and the FP was maybe 1000or 1100-1800 fps or something like that. At least that seem about like what I read.
My load is a max load of AA9. It shoots as well in my 586 as I can shoot it. In my contender it will shoot one inch at 100 yards and will ring steel at 300.
Make me feel good about the possible bullet performance of my load. It pushes the same bullet just over 1200fps from my revolver and 1500fps from my 14” contender.
I have a Sig Romeo 5 on the 586 but while I can hit the 100 yard steal from the bench but am only good to go maybe 50 and am more comfortable with 30-40.
What handguns will you be hunting with this season.
I have my 4” S&W 586, contender 357 magnum, and BCG custom XP100 25 Creedmoor ready. I still have to load ammo for the XP100R 260 Remington. I might try to work in the S&W 629 44 mag or the Bisley Blackhawk 45 Colt but I don’t see open sights...
