I sure hope #6 has some of the older magnums updated with the newer, slower powders. It was lacking in the others. Someone just did not give a $hit and just used the old data, IMHO.
Count me in. I'm shooting a semi-custom Interarms Mk 10 action with a 28 inch Pac-Nor 3 grove. It loves 142 g SMK's with 50BMG. 'Yotes in pivot circles hate it.
Ditto on the SB dies.
Also, maintain OAL to SAMMI max.
Many don't get the published vel's for their reloads. Seems the BAR gas system eats up enough pressure to reduce vel's by 100-150 fps.
If you are shooting something like a Ruger #1, do full length sizing only. The action does not have the strong camming that a bolt gun does to snug the shoulder. Its a b'ich when rushing that second shot at game and the new round will not cam into the chamber. BTDT.

You need at least 2 varmint guns!
A 223 20-24 inch upper on the AR is fantastic for fast shooting of the "little" critters smaller then 'yotes. Bullets from 40 grains to 60 grains work in a 1:9 twist. Also, quick followup shots are avaiable. Shots to 300 yards are routine.
The 243...
Not the same bullet or powder but simular:
7mm Rem mag
160g Accubond
WW brass
H1000 67.5g or Retumbo 68.5g
CCI 250
SAMMI length-over-all 3.290"
about 2940 fps
1 MOA
Ruger #1, 26 inch barrel
Good luck

You can always reduce Jerry's load by 5% (to 66g) or use a simular powder's starting point such as H1000 at 67g per IMR's recommendation for a 115g bullet on Hodgdon's website.
A heavy 264 for us magnum shooters in the 145-150g weight range to compliment your 130g Accubond which seems to have been a compromise already to the 6.5/284 and 260 Rem shooters.
I've hotrodded my AI in years past with 40g moly'ed BT's at nearly 4300 fps with either RL12 or H414.
Now, I just cruise with 55g BT's or V-max's at 3750 fps with H4350.

Thanks for keeping us informed, both here and the 'campfire.
I do have a technical question to pose. "The Other Guys" learned the hardway that with their long bullets, speed of the bullet could not keep up with the competition unless grooves were cut into the shank to reduce friction and...
Last summer, I helped a buddy work up loads for a 375 RUM. We stopped before we got to max loads due to recoil. Yes, I know its a personal problem and we both had it!
We settled on very accurate loads that matched max speeds for the H&H. He is happy, knows he can kill anything on earth, his...
Give the 60g Partition, the 55g BT, the 55g V-Max and the 60g V-Max a try. The Part may not upset enough on the smaller prey. On the other hand, I'm sure the BT and V-max's will get the attention of your larger prey.
Jerry and I went to the range this morning to speed some loads for the 110g Accubond. Here is a pic of the best group. He is satisfied.
!00 yards, about 3475 fps
