When I had a Rem 7 mag my load was with Hornady 154 bullets, IMR-4350, Win cases and Fed 215 primers. Had excellent results back then with that powder. Don

yep those longer powder columns in the mag calibers tend to heat up the barrels. Having owned a 7-mag at one time mine did also truck driver, even more so since I own a 300 RUM. Don
