Is it not legal to carry in CA? I think it is. You'd have to be a fool to go in the mountains anywhere without protection in my opinion.

I've always been a fan of the XTPs. Looks like the 124/147s do a decent enough job from the 9mm anyway.

I'd say N150 or N550 based on the burn rate charts. 150 is a few faster than H4350, and 550 is a few slower than H4350.
