That's actually a really good idea. I am going to do some more load development after these 100 cases are fireformed. My plan is to load 5 each at 40/40.1/40.2/40.3/40.4 and shoot groups at 300 and record velocities. Try to get it narrowed down just a bit more.

I went with 40.2 It was a .8" group at 300 yards for a .6g charge spread with an ES of 20. I'll take that anyday. Reason being I didn't go with 39.3 is because I want a little more velocity, plus those 3 weren't quite a good of group, especially with the vertical and the ES was 50. Haven't done...

You would be much better served with a 160g AB or partition at that range. Those BTs will ruin the front half under 100 yards if any bone is hit.
