Tom,
Don't let that 4 hour policy stand in the way of making a claim. From my paralegal training, this kind of a policy would never survive one second in most courtrooms or jurisprudence reasoning!

I think part of your problem is barrel length. In looking at their online reloading manual they list a 26 inche barrel and your rifle has 24". Because of that, you could expect to loose about 50 fps.

I shot the spike buck that masqueraded as a wolf! I wish I could also announce that my fiancé also got her first buck. However, that is not to be. On opening day I observed about 25 does and fawns and a flock of 8 turkeys. The highlights of sightings that my fiancé had were a coyote, bobcat...
My fiancé and I will be heading off to deer camp tomorrow. This will be the third year that she has hunted. Unfortunately, she has not been able to harvest her first deer yet. I wish I had a positive outlook on things. Though I am very guarded on what to expect. I the deer management unit that I...
Guys,

According to various sources, there are probably 70 different kinds of rifle gun powders on the on the market. The problem today is not finding that one perfect powder but deciding on a dozen suitable candidates. My question is how do I narrow down the "suitable" candidates to a manageable...
I am tempted to reshoot the 59.5 gr group because I believe operator error was a major contributing factor  I will attempt to play with seating depth. The problem is that I have trouble cycling rounds that push much longer than 3.33"

Finally got my hands on some 150 gr nosler Pt to test in my Weatherby Mark V. At this time I don't have muzzle velocities.
Powder: IMR 7828
Primer: WLR
Brass: Nosler
Bullet: 150gr PT
3.32+/-.005
All groups were shot at 100 yards.
I will be retesting these three powder charges.
