The solution to that problem is to fill your buck tag very early on opening day. I once had my buck tag filled by 7:15a.m. of opening day. Thus leaving the rest of my vacation for musky fishing! :mrgreen:

I have had something worse happen to me, went to flip the safety off and went to pull the trigger and the firing pin fell on an empty chamber. I was taking what should have been a very easy shot broadside at about 25 yards. Did I just admit to such an error???????????? :shock:
