The handgun is a 40 cal. Desert eagle and the slide bar was only pushed back about 1/2 inch. I could not move the slide bar because the release was hanging half way out.

I always use a balance beam scale and than put it on a digital to make sure they are correct. I loaded up fifty and this shot was number 28 and thats when the gun got messed up. I do weigh each load individually each time thats not to say I might of put more powder in than normal. I wish I...
I was at the range yesterday and using a load that I have used for years. 135 grain nos and 12 grains of blue dot. At the time I did not know how serious this was until I got home. The pistol grips were blown off and the slide bar release was blown out as well. The slide was jammed. At the...
wow, sounds like a lot of good stuff here. This is what I have so far. I have H110 powder because I load for my 454 casull. I bought 240 grain bullets. I am planning on trying the lighter bullets first and than move to heavier. The 454 uses 300 grainers. So I thought I would start with the...
Thanks beretzs,
I have the latest Nosler book and speer and have looked at there starting loads. I was hoping to hear what other people experiences with this powder in the .270bee. My 30-378 loves it so I thought i would just try to play with it and see what happens.
106 grains of Retumbo = .5 in my Bee in a three shot average. I did get one sticky bolt but the brass was shot at least 5 times.
Can go wrong with Retumbo awesome powder for the big 30.
When the barrel is off. there are no pads on the stock. Just two synthetic bumps at the fore end of the stock. The gun is 3 years old so there should be no warranty. There is a authorized weatherby smith about 60 miles from my house and I thought I would bring it there to see what he thinks...
The stock is synthetic. I had to barrel off again tonight. When I tighten the rear trigger screw the barrel is floating but when I tighten the front trigger screw it hits the stock. Can't slide a dollar bill between the stock and barrel.

The scope is a Leupold 3.5 x 10 x 40 VXIII. I also have tetra gun care which I am cleaning the barrel out right not. I have not removed the scope as of yet. will give that a try as well.
Thanks Aaron
I took the action off of the stock, I have the barrel soaking again with wipeout but yesterday I did not have any color after the last patch. I could of over tightened the screws. I really had to crank on the rear screw to remove. I did not touch that one. I only tightened the front one. do...
Hello,
I have been having some trouble with my bee. I have had 3 known loads that work great. All three groups between .5 to .7. Now the problem none of the loads work anymore. All loads are around two inches now. I did find the front trigger screw loose. Now all screws are tight and it...
