    Thanks beretzs, I have the latest Nosler book and speer and have looked at there starting loads. I was hoping to hear what other people experiences with this powder in the .270bee. My 30-378 loves it so I thought i would just try to play with it and see what happens.

    The OAL I use is 3.68.......This is really a awesome load. Before this load I was using 180 grain partitons and H4831sc 98 to 99 grains. laker

    106 grains of Retumbo = .5 in my Bee in a three shot average. I did get one sticky bolt but the brass was shot at least 5 times. Can go wrong with Retumbo awesome powder for the big 30.

    When the barrel is off. there are no pads on the stock. Just two synthetic bumps at the fore end of the stock. The gun is 3 years old so there should be no warranty. There is a authorized weatherby smith about 60 miles from my house and I thought I would bring it there to see what he thinks...

    The stock is synthetic. I had to barrel off again tonight. When I tighten the rear trigger screw the barrel is floating but when I tighten the front trigger screw it hits the stock. Can't slide a dollar bill between the stock and barrel. Aaron

    The scope is a Leupold 3.5 x 10 x 40 VXIII. I also have tetra gun care which I am cleaning the barrel out right not. I have not removed the scope as of yet. will give that a try as well. Thanks Aaron
