My last batch of Nosler brass can in 0.004" short of MAX. length. After 4-5 firings it has settled at 0.002" short. Right where I like 'em! Too short is better than too long, and if I needed to trim long cases, I trim them about 0.004" short. Just me,

Looks ok. Primer manufacturing and primer-pockets depths may have enough difference to leave more or less of these deposits .

If your ammo as originally reloaded functioned fine then do as has been suggested, using the neck or FL resizing die, your choice. Personally, I would use the neck-sizing die, as I have done successfully for many years. Best of luck,

When folks talk about all-around cartridges, it always pleases me to see these 3 words; three-seventy-five (H&H), what a grand old work-horse.

If ya know somebody that has a pair of the 15s, try them for a weekend. Walking-around glasses can weigh a lot if over 10-12x for reasonably $ glass. Vortex 15x60 are about $650 and might fit the bill, YMMV

I refer to Nosler #1 from time to time. Pretty consistent for the ones I load.

Sometimes when we FL resize fired cases, we still find some resistance to chambering a loaded round. If your die is touching the shell-holder and you still have problems, carefully remove a few 1000s from the top of the shell-holder, and screw the die down a little . This may also bump the...

I check ALL cases, even new ones for length. Nosler brass is usually short a few 1000s, but some major brands can be long, even when new. And may stretch upon firing. It is possible for different rifles to require fl resizing and others to need less resizing, in order to fit the chamber...
