Nosler06 has a tonne of IMR 8208XBR and seems pretty happy with it. He hasn't had it long enough to do any temp difference tests, but it works for him.

That's too bad. That's one rifle that was recommended to me a couple of years ago for the wife. I think I will settle on the Savage Axis for her though.

Does anyone have one? Price point is nice, the app seems to be a good feature and most if not all give it 5 stars on Cabelas, (which I tend to base a lot of my purchases on).
Just out of curiousity, how much recoil reduction is there between the 2? I shoot the 300 and am quite comfortable with the recoil. I noticed a different in recoil (which I found to be more comfortable) when I stepped it up to the 200 grain PTs, from the 180's.

It seems you have different powder storage regulations there. I can't remember what our house insurance/Fire regs allow, but it doesn't allow that much.
