G'Day Fella's,
Thanks for your kind comments, and I'm pleased this post has been helpful to you.
Kouros1, as requested here is a view of copper fouling at the muzzle of a .45 Colt and .308 Win rifles of mine.
I'm not sure if that is exactly what you were hoping for but....
Also, yes the...
G'Day Fella's,
Elkman, I use any quality high strength epoxy resin.
This is usually Brownell's Acra-Glass Gel (a two part, epoxy resin/bedding compound).
Cut the stock to the correct length of pull (LOP) including the new pad and angle.
Then place masking tape all the way around the stock...
G'Day Fella's,
Thank You and no problems, happy this was of benefit.
Here is another image, this time of area forward of the chamber, and the Four groove barrel.
FYI, the gunsmith (Russell L-M) that donated this ex-Target rifle barrel, told me that it was shot out.
Once I got an inside view...
G'Day Fella's,
No shortage of reloaders, seem to be a bit in the dark about what's on the inside of a Rifle and Pistol barrel.
So I set up a used .308 Win barrel in my milling machine, and removed a bit of the exterior of it, to give you an inside look.
Here's a view of the chamber area...
G'Day Fella's,
When Lapua make the brass, I use it. When not, I go for Sako and Norma respectively.
Yes Preacher, with almost all of my big game rifles, Woodleigh's are loaded up.
No only a great product, they Shoot to!

Homer
G'Day Fella's,
Nice shooting Muldoon and I to like boring rifles.
Here's an image of one of my .308's, and a group I shot with a similar load.
FYI, Varget and ADI AR-2208 are the same powder, and these were chronographed over a Oehler 35P.

G'Day Fella's,
Thank You for your kind comments.
As Thebear_78 suggests, I'll now need to spend a bit of time at the Range, getting accustomed to this new gizmo.

Homer
G'Day Fella's,
As a result of not getting any younger, I've had to start wearing glasses for reading. I also have to wear them when, when I'm shooting a handgun (and iron sighted rifles)..... until now.
I had previously designed and then machined up a mount and then fitted it and a Trijicon RMR...
G'Day Fella's,
Tack Driver284, I'm a recent convert myself.
But be warned ........ it appears you can over do it!
The first batch I done was 500ish x 9mm cases.
After two hours of cleaning/tumbling, I was draining off the water/soap brew and noticed a lot of brass metal flakes in the water.
So...
G'Day Fella's,
Bob_Dobalina, at times I load a lot of ammo in both .223 and .308 and I do this on a Dillon 550B and RCBS 4x4 (respectively).
I use Lee Collet neck sizing dies exclusively in both the progressive reloading presses, to load this ammo.
Here is an image of the best group I have shot...
G'Day Fella's,
Thanks for the kind comments.
Elkman, I cant see why not but I would get your mate to contact Accu-Tac, and ask them about his situation.
