There is always variables when it comes to reloading. Their barrel that they used to construct the load data verses yours. Different lots of powders yet the same name. Not sure how much difference the primers would be if using the same as listed for the data used. Your load did duplicate both...
Nice one. Had that to happen last year. Saw a decent buck on the adjoining property but didn't come across the fence. Told my son that night about it. Next afternoon he hunted same stand and that buck showed up with some does but was a no go for crossing the fence.
Great of your daughter for thinking of others and putting it into action. Wish there were more like her. Live in the wrong part of the country to vote for her but hope she runs. Will Rogers is credited with saying" In every election we always hope the best man wins. Trouble is he never runs."...

Nice shooting. My past experience with the 6BR was that it is an accurate caliber for sure. Case life is quite good and believe barrel life to be also.
It's possible your rifle just doesn't like that bullet or maybe keep trying to find the right combination. If the 160gr doesn't work, try something that isn't an AB. You'll find something that clicks.
I worked with two guys that were dedicated bow tie and blue oval owners. Each thought that the brand they liked was the best and everyone should buy what they liked, and we pay for it. If one of these gents would have offered to buy me their brand of choice I would have gladly driven it, but...
There can be a bad lot in any brass but most of the FC brand brass that I have used last couple of years had loose primer pockets show up after 3 maybe 4 loadings. No split necks. Might try a different brand and anneal. Hopefully you won't have any more problems.
