My 25-06 shoots really well with anything also. Not 1/2 inch at 200 good, but I’m not a 1/2 at 200 level shooter. The 25-06 makes it tough to pick a preferred powder, seating depth, bullet, etc. It just plain likes everything! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Crimping won’t hurt accuracy, but I haven’t noticed increased accuracy or better velocity standard deviation either. It does leave a crimp at the brass at the top of the neck for future loading so I stopped crimping. What 30-06 and 25-06 loads are you trying? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have no problem fire forming 7 Mashburn cases with just a starting load of powder. Can you reach the lands with a bullet? Or otherwise make the round chamber with any kind of tight fit?
