Reloader 22 is supposed to get the 30/06 heavy bullets whirling at high speeds as well.

I had a recipe for Ramshot Hunter and the 200 grain norma oryx. Hunter works well with the 300WSM if you can get it.

American Reloading has powder in 8lb jugs for around $200 when they come in you just have to do your own diligence by what they say the powders mimic. Might be good for anybody that is on a budget and short powder.
